Bonjourno! Ok, despite what the post title might indicate, I’m not actually in Florence, Italy (I wish I was!). But I am rockin this exquisite floral shirt named Florence from Grand Frank. And Sonya and I shot this look in North Beach, San Francisco’s Italian district. So you can’t blame me if the outfit and locale have me imagining myself walking the cobblestone streets of Firenze.

More on the shirt… The floral trend is in full bloom these days and I am digging it. This shirt has some amazing details without being too loud. I feel it really does encapsulate the artistry of Florence. The maker of the shirt, Grand Frank, is a charming menswear shop based out of Stockholm. I especially like their selection of floral items. Pair this shirt with white pants and kicks, and we got a casual, fresh springtime look. We slap on a pair of suspenders to give things a little edge. Sonya had a great idea to add a boutonniere to this outfit, which we picked up at a local florist. What do you think? I’m all about subtle details to complement an outfit.

North Beach is my main hangout spot in the city. I love how this area blends traditional old-time Italian with a distinct urban vibe. I’ve had a lifelong affinity for all things Italian. Not just fashion, but food as well! I can eat pasta 7 days of the week. Enjoy some more shots from our little adventure in North Beach below. Ciao!

PS – This outfit goes great with a cappuccino and piece of tiramisu!
