where’s waldo?

Peekaboo! Hope you all had a great week. April is just flying by and we are on a fast track for summer. Before the weather heats up too much, I put together this casual look made for those cooler spring days. I’m a bit of a late adopter to the scarf trend. OK, confession… this is my first scarf! So of course it had to be striped (duh!). I went with this candy cane look straight out of the closet of Where’s Waldo. I paired it with a navy puffy vest, one of my go-to layering pieces, and I’m ready to hit the town. How does it work? I think I might be buying many more scarves to come. I mean, you can look stylish and keep your neck warm. What’s not to love?

Unlike our sneaky friend Waldo, it’s a little hard to blend in rocking this fancy snapback by Ampal Creative. The details on this hat are amazing! Checkout the heart shape yin yang sign and paisley brim. Wait, are those heart shape polka dots?? Me likey. I actually just noticed those as I was going through these pics. This lid has jumped to the top spot on my hat hall-of-fame.

Even though this is a casual look, I like to think that you can keep it dapper without going formal. What do you guys think?
